I accompanied my daughter to this dealership to take care of some paperwork, I was absolutely appalled by the way we were treated by one of the finance managers. I Purchase a 2020 4 Runner about 3 Months ago. I was told the extra warranty covered windshield replacement. I found out it does not. Why am I paying for something monthly that honestly is not meant to told the extra warranty covered windshield replacement. I found out it does not. At 3200 miles on the 4 Runner I have not required any real service from the dealer at this time. Bought my old Camry from them 10 years ago and had a good experience with both their sales and service departments for several years. LYING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS IN ORDER TO ROPE THEM INTO YOUR BUSY OVERCROWDED SHOWROOM TO TRY AND SELL THEM A CAR THATS MORE EXPENSIVE IS NOT ONLY WRONG, BUT A MOVE THATS GETTING THIS REVIEW POSTED EVERYWHERE!!!
