Had sunroof replaced and these guys gave my 2020 1794 tundra back with grease and oil all over the off white headliner. They said at the time they would replace it then backed out. You may want to get yo tundra back with grease and oil all over the off white headliner. They said at the time they would replace it then backed out. You may want to get your repairs & warranty work from a different dealers. More

The sales person was really nice, he was very patient with me as I am not very good at making decisions. The problem was with the price, they advertised one price on their website and when we went to do with me as I am not very good at making decisions. The problem was with the price, they advertised one price on their website and when we went to do the paper work they came back with another price that was almost 4,000 dollars more. When the manager came out he tried to blame the salesmen for the “inconvenience.” Very unprofessional. Would not recommend especially if you are a first time buyer. The car is still missing some stuff in it too. We ended up paying a lot more than we wanted, and still the car has some things missing. More
The experience was unsatisfactory. With an appointment we had over a 2 hour wait for a basic oil change. They run a shady business or they are incompetent to do their job. One service employee tells you one had over a 2 hour wait for a basic oil change. They run a shady business or they are incompetent to do their job. One service employee tells you one thing & another something opposite(get on the same page people!) I got an up charge even with the Toyota service plan. I feel like they just took advantage because I sent my wife up there. I was actually about to buy another Toyota truck because they are great trucks. It isn’t worth dealing with their service schnanagans. There’s nothing worst than paying this kind of money and feeling taken advantage of. Highly disappointed won’t be back. If you want to spend more than you should go see service advisor Damian. More
Avoid Toyota Of Texas Grapevine at all costs… seriously, drive that extra 15-20 minutes further for any other Toyota dealership, you’ll likely have a better experience anywhere else but here. I’ve now g drive that extra 15-20 minutes further for any other Toyota dealership, you’ll likely have a better experience anywhere else but here. I’ve now given this dealership three, yes three tries to do a halfway decent job at being a “dealership”. Each time, they have failed miserably, and after my third time… I’m done. First I went in looking to purchase a used Toyota Tundra. I have specific requirements for what I was looking for, and explained that to the salesmen who approached me. He spent the next 30 minutes talking over me, and dragging me around the lot to show me F150’s and Silverado’s. Every time he took me to another vehicle that wasn’t even remotely close to what I came in looking for, I said “I’m only here to purchase a used Toyota Tundra, this isn’t a tundra… do you have any tundras?” After going back and forth with this guy for 30 minutes, I walked… bought the truck elsewhere. After I buy the truck from another location further out, I decide to pop back in to Texas Toyota of Grapevine for their service department to do my inspection for getting the plates, as well as my first oil change with the vehicle. I only decided to come here again because it was so close to my house, and I was nearby. The simple inspection + oil change took OVER 3 hours to complete… by hour 2 after sitting in the waiting room and not hearing anything from anyone as an update, I decided to walk across the dealership to an adviser and ask “by chance did you finish my vehicle, and forget to come get me?” To which they respond “actually, we just wrapped up the oil change and we are just about to start the inspection, should be ready soon!”. It took them more then another hour after that (the dealership was closing) before someone finally came over and let me know they were done… they didn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle, so I have no idea how it could have taken an additional hour + to do a simple inspection… Fast forward to today. I get a notice of Manufacturer recall in the mail from Toyota on my truck. Simple recall to repair the driver side window switch. I go on Toyota of Texas Grapevine’s website, and schedule a service for the next day. When going through the checkout, it REQUIRED for me to click one of two buttons for how I’ll be waiting for the vehicle to be repaired: “Wait for vehicle repair”, “Have our shuttle take you home, within a 10 mile radius”. I choose the “Have the shuttle take you home”, as I had a busy day and needed to get back to work. I arrive at the dealership for my appointment, and advisor comes and greets me, and takes me into the service office. After confirming my appointment for the recall work, the first thing he says to me is: “so you’ve got someone to pick you up then right?”. I respond with “no, I’ll be utilizing your shuttle today, I don’t live far. I selected that option when I made the appointment on your website for today”. He says: “we don’t have a shuttle” and just stares at me blank faced.. I honestly thought he was joking for a second and I respond with: “well, no problem, I don’t live far, you can just have one of the service guys drop me off then I suppose, right?”. He randomly shuffles some papers around on his desk and then blank face, he says: “no, would you like to reschedule?”. I honestly couldn’t believe it- why would you have the option on your website and part of the scheduling function for customers if you don’t even offer it? The total service time he ended up whirring me was for more than 4 hours. Had I known there wasn’t a shuttle service, I wouldn’t have bothered with the recall in the first place, as I value my time, and sitting around the Toyota dealership for half a day for a simple recall check isn’t a valuable way for me to spend my day. Long story short: I’ve had plenty of experience over the years with other Toyota dealerships. This one is the worst one I’ve come across EVER. I’ll happily drive the extra distance for a QUALITY Toyota dealership. Good riddance More
This was not a good experience. I seen a car on their website and i made a appointment to go in and look at it. The website said it was $19,802. I go in and test drive the car. I like the car. So i agree website and i made a appointment to go in and look at it. The website said it was $19,802. I go in and test drive the car. I like the car. So i agree to pay that price. Then i noticed a option charge on the paper work. I was told it was a Market in fluctuation charge. I told him that I do not agree to that charge and that the website says a set price and i want to pay that set price. The salesman goes back and talks to his boss. Then his boss calls me over to his table and started to feed me a line of crap. Telling me that the option charge is a maintenance charge. I told him that i did not want to pay anymore then the set price. Then he ask me to meet him in the middle. and i said no once again. I told them that my family and I were leaving. They asked me to give them a few minutes. That they were going to call someone. Once that was done they came over to me and acted like they did something great and a big favor for me by giving me the car at the LISTED PRICE. Then we go into the back to sign all the paper work with the Finance guy. I was told that if i get the extended warranty. They would lower my APR. I did not know they had control over the APR if they summited my info to a bank. I thought the bank would give the APR. I will never return to this dealership. Not even for a oil change. More
