Alex Ramirez called me to come see a new Rav4 that just came in knowing I was looking for one. Previously weeks before a different salesman there had no new ones to show me and few used ones. Same at othe came in knowing I was looking for one. Previously weeks before a different salesman there had no new ones to show me and few used ones. Same at other car dealerships. Alex went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that had the color I wanted and the features, as the one he showed me was a color I did not like. I had to wait a few weeks but it was worth it. Alex worked hard for me and was quite friendly and had good humor too. He was very patient with me and went over the car features and demonstrated how to work things.
