The dealer ship is very nice and very clean. Will was very kind and very helpful and was quick to stay in touch. However, when we got to the financial portion, Diego, was a bit passive aggressiv Will was very kind and very helpful and was quick to stay in touch. However, when we got to the financial portion, Diego, was a bit passive aggressive and irritating. After I expressed I didn’t want the warranty, he would not stop pushing it on me even thought I explicitly repeated I didn’t want it. Then he kept saying that the car was going to break and told me to enjoy throwing away 200 dollars in interest because I was leasing it. I found his attitude super passive aggressive and down right disrespectful. As a salesperson myself, I understand how you have to be aggressive to close sales, however, I have never disrespected a customer or have given them attitude. I found his tone and overall demeanor super unnecessary and I am disappointed to be treated like that as a customer. More

Went to look at a car in March and ended up buying it from Andrew. Really enjoyed his service and honesty in the transaction. At one point I had a hard time believing him because he was being too honest from Andrew. Really enjoyed his service and honesty in the transaction.
