Lol!! Told ya! They are sincerely sorry...Whatever.... I have seen that same response to many bad reviews here. You guys are terrible people. I bet none of you even take the time to research the issue before writing your pre written response to peoples review. This dealership takes advantage of people. The person at the end of the numer yoy sent me will try to get me to trade in my car for something i have to make payments on... I cant afford a new car...duh...if i could i would have gotten a new in the first place. Stop making it seem like y'all want to help with those pre written apologies.
