These people are scammy, I felt as though I had to shower when I left. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! COMPLETE SMOKESCREEN BY EVERYONE INVOLVED. The car had been sold long before I got there: I’m irate that this uncouth dealership LIED TO ME about a car being available just to snake me into driving down there so I would buy something different. Super UNDERSTAFFED and no one seemed to know what was going on. LYING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS IN ORDER TO ROPE THEM INTO YOUR BUSY OVERCROWDED SHOWROOM TO TRY AND SELL THEM A CAR THATS MORE EXPENSIVE IS NOT ONLY WRONG, BUT A MOVE THATS GETTING THIS REVIEW POSTED EVERYWHERE!!! Dont give your money to this sleezy xxx dealership. And do NOT correspond with their “internet director” As he’s clearly unfamiliar with the available inventory, or a scam artist. Purchased a Toyota Camry yesterday. Actually, the first time I called, the attendant stated the recall system was down and to call another day. So, make that two calls and thirty minutes wait time. So far, zero stars. I was told that my appointment was for tomorrow, Friday. I tried to call to get it changed later in that same day (Thursday) and was told that my appointment was for Saturday and not Friday. Lucky me! Still, zero stars. When I arrived that Saturday, you guessed it, I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my vehicle in. They were extremely busy and everyone was waiting in their car thinking of the review they were going to write. Nice. Still, zero stars. I left the car there and picked it up later in the day. My agent, bless her heart, had difficulty finding my car. She walked around back and nothing. Then she saw a white car out front and handed me the keys indicating I should walk to that car. Not my car. Still, she was nice. She did say, however, that she wanted to keep her job and that a five star review was how I could help her keep it. Sorry, just one star. It was extremely hot that day and I had just filled up. I noticed my car ran a little rough and the gas gauge had moved down ever so slightly. I think my A/C was supplying cold air to the techs doing the air bag recall on my Avalon for awhile. At the very least, the climate control temperature was set lower than I set it at. There was also a lengthy push to get additional service done there. Not me. I'll use the info though- thanks. Still, one star. I hope that my review helps those looking to service their Toyota. There are much better Toyota dealerships in the metroplex. More
Pressured to do other repairs, Rude and ignored I went to them to have recalls fixed, cost to be zero dollars. The service person, Jason, tired right off to sell me other repairs to get money. I told him I just want the recalls done, don't do anything else. I was recently robbed and the last thing I wanted was being pushed to pay for things I don't need. They had the car all day then 'Lori' called and stated my car NEEDS A LOT OF REPAIRS and that I don't maintain it, it wont last. We told her, we do not want repairs now, and she literally put me down saying "if you don't maintain your car, it wont last", treating me like I don't take care of my car. I MAINTAIN MY CAR IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION - I use a private mechanic I trust and have always maintained. We showed up and they gave a print out of $6,000 in 'repairs' that need to be done, it was outrageous. They offer a 'free' look over to the car, and I told them not too. It is only to pressure you into doing other expensive repairs. They had AC on there when I just had it completely repaired a month prior, so it was an outright lie. I told them 'no pressure', I don't want other repairs, fix the recall only. They pushed and were so rude. I tried to talk with Management, reached out numerous times, IGNORED. I filled out there survey they sent me, and asked for someone to contact me. IGNORED. Horrible experience and people. With my disability, I question discrimination. Go elsewhere if you can! More

No help with repeated recall notices from Toyota I took my 4-runner here in April of 2020 for recall work and also spent about $1300 in general maintenance/upkeep work they found I needed. Since I have been there I have received 3 additional Toyota factory recall notices for same recall I was told they have fixed. I called the main Toyota national # 3 times, in addition to calling the service department to see if there was a way to have the system stop sending me recall notices. And also to confirm the work was actually done. She was unfriendly and unhelpful saying "I mean, it's in the system, you're probably just on their mailing list" and told me there was nothing she could do about it. My #1 concern is that I have no confidence the safety recall was actually done. I guess for the amount of money I spent, I was surprised by the her tone of voice and lack of friendliness/helpfulness. The service advisor and the lady who helped me with my bill on day of service were fine - no issues there. An additional comment I would make about this dealership as compared to others I have been to - a nice perk is that many of them run your vehicle through a car wash when service is complete - its a benefit of being a Toyota customer. I was disappointed when my truck was returned dirty after $1300 spent. A little thing....but something that has them behind many other dealerships. More
Purchased a 2009 Chev Traverse in 2017. The absolute worst!! The transmission is going out and the shocks were bad from day one. If you are thinking about buying a pre owned from this dealership take it to a mechanic first. I wrote a warning review before and they quickly replied that they were sorry whoopty woo and i should give so and so a call to see how they could help....LMAO. I called and instead of fixing anything they wanted to put me in payments and work me over again. Whats sad is i had saved up for a car for a year and i had 3 kids under 12 at the time. My sales rep knew my story and how hard it was for me....Oh well just dont want to see another mom or anyone looking for a dependable car get raked over like i did. Beware.... More
SOLD ME A CAR WITH TRANSMISSION AND AIR BAG ISSUES This is by far THE WORST dealership I have ever used! SOLD US A CAR WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS AND AIR BAG PROBLEMS AND I HAVE THREE KIDS 5 AND UNDER! This is by far THE WORST dealership I have ever used! SOLD US A CAR WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS AND AIR BAG PROBLEMS AND I HAVE THREE KIDS 5 AND UNDER! ALSO, it has TWO BUSTED SEATBELTS IN THE BACK! (let's not forget it had an open recall that they said was fixed.. but was not) NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED TO US! The used manager Bruce and the used car director Omar will keep you there for HOURS while LYING TO YOUR FACE the entire time! They told us our deal was finalized (or they "would take it back in a heartbeat) and they couldn't take the car back (after it's finalized) unless it had serious issues..what's more serious than transmission and air bag issues? (Btw, Bruce said it was finalized Saturday..Omar said Monday.. and we got EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL TUESDAY!!!!!) And we were there for FOUR HOURS MONDAY! While they lied to our faces saying it was finalized! We even dropped the car off there Tuesday because they said they would have the Ford house do repairs.. WHICH THEY DIDN'T DO CAUSE WE HAVE A TICKET OF WHAT THEY ACTUALLY TOLD THE FORD HOUSE TO DO!! Omar AND Bruce told us they wouldn't want their family in a car like that.. but they're okay with my family and myself being in it? What makes their family more important than mine?? We reached out to the GM and he never got back to us, just had other people call for him. They're liars and do not care about you, they only care about making money! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS!!! ALSO, OMAR OFFERED A RENTAL TO GET OUR INSURANCE TO FINALIZE THE DEAL RIGHT UNDER OUR NOSES!!!!!!
