Lube oil filter and rotation of tires I was charged for a L, O, F and tire rotation and unless I'm reading my receipt wrong, the tire rotation wasn't done. The service ladies were very friendly and gracious, but I did not see the service technician and was a little surprised that the car wasn't washed and I had to walk across the lot to pick up my car .
