A truly pleasant car-buying experience I hate the whole car-buying process and was reaching the end of my lease on another vehicle. Tara knows a lot about Alfa Romeo and was straightforward and honest regarding the strengths of the car (and the dealership - they have a really great service facility) compared to others. They even let me take it on an extended drive for a couple of hours. The negotiation process was smooth and without the insulting games traditionally associated with dealerships. I didn't go there that morning fully intending to leave with that car (I had other options on my list), but I left happy and confident with my choice. More

Surprisingly excellent Autobarn stayed open late for me, and when I showed interest in a vehicle, they urged me to take it home for the rest of the weekend, to really get a Autobarn stayed open late for me, and when I showed interest in a vehicle, they urged me to take it home for the rest of the weekend, to really get a feel for it and put some miles on it. That generosity and approach made all the difference. At every stage of the shopping and purchase experience, the sales team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This dealership is doing something above and beyond just selling cars. Their customer service level has surprised me and provides an example for any business. All around great customer service I came in to the Alfa Romeo dealership just to look after having my BMW assessed on Kelly BB.
