These guys are great. What can I say I got a 2012 Fiat 500 it's the most fun I've ever had with a car and it's also the most trouble I've ever had with a car! Fix it again Tony! Decent organization, and the guys in the trenches really care. I don't know what else to say they've done a lot of work for me they always do a good job or end up getting it done and it's a Fiat ....so anyone who can keep this little car on the road it's okay in my book. Great service but long wait I bring my Stelvio to the service center when service is needed because they know the car best, but the wait the past couple times has been quite a lo I bring my Stelvio to the service center when service is needed because they know the car best, but the wait the past couple times has been quite a long time. I wanted 2.5 hours for an oil change (fluid check, general maintenance, etc) and a recall that I was notified about when they were checking my vehicle in. I am appreciative they notified me of this recall, but I was told it would be about an additional 30 minutes, so I could expect the wait to be like 1-1.5 hours, but it ended up taking 2.5 hours total. Kind of crazy that it would take this long, especially when they were not super busy due as I had an appointment. The service is great, but I am definitely paying more than going somewhere else and waiting 4x as long. A little more efficiency or updates while waiting would be appreciated. More

I was provided 5* service and I really feel like Oscar Ocar made sure my recall repair was done in a timely manner and that there was no charge to me. I wouldn't think about taking my Fiat to any other repair shop or dealership. Oscar and Autobarn are A++ in my book! More
