Good service; need more room to "distance" I went to this dealership in order to have a factory recall remedied (Takata airbag). This recent appointment replaced one in April that was booked in I went to this dealership in order to have a factory recall remedied (Takata airbag). This recent appointment replaced one in April that was booked in March. In April, when I originally brought my car in, the Service Department said I couldn't wait for my car, and they were going to set me up with a loaner car. Because of COVID-19, the Service Department was backed up with work due to a lack of staff. I decided to re-book my appointment for June, instead of using a loaner car. Thankfully, this time, everything went smoothly. The airbag was replaced in about one-and-a-half hours. (The original time estimate in March, when I originally booked, was about 2-3 hours.) My only concern was that the waiting room seemed a little busy. Perhaps, seats were six feet apart for "social distancing," but they still seemed a bit close for comfort. I noticed there was a chair under a small tree in the parking lot. I probably would have sat out there, but it was hot, close to 90 degrees. Plus, the waiting-room chair I first sat in was right next to the Parts Window. I thought the window was not in use, since it was dark. Was I wrong about that! Eventually, there were people standing way closer than six feet from me -- had to move. More
