No one wants to pay more , or wait longer, but at least he has excellent customer service skills which makes an unpleasant experience better. He also checked my windshield wipers and suggested replacement. I had gotten used to them being terrrible, and thought that was how they should be. WHAT A DIFFERENCE my new wipers make!
