Not only did the service department look at and fix the little things (oil change, tires, squeaky sliding door), but I had briefly mentioned that my steering wheel had been shaking when applying the brakes. They took it for a drive, and not only checked my brakes, but replaced not just the front, not just the pads, EVERYTHING, way ahead of schedule, completely as a courtesy to us. Everytime we are there I feel like they bend over backwards to make your experience a great one. When people mention they are thinking about buying a car, we refer them to the Autobarn, especially VW Countryside. It is a dealership like no other - absolutely unparalled, and we will continue to refer people to them. I promise, our next vehicle will be an Autobarn vehicle as well. More
