I had a great semi-annual experience for an oil change. Subaru advisor Ryan put me at ease with my concerns for my vehicle's brakes and catalytic converter with clear explanations. On a trip, and evidently picked up a piece of steel in my tire. In a strange town, not knowing where anything is, was very glad to find a VW dealer.
