I cam into the service center for what I thought was a recall/open campaign. I had no idea what that was until Juan explained everything to me. He did this in such a clear way that I wasn't confused about recall/open campaign. I had no idea what that was until Juan explained everything to me. He was kind enough to get me a Shuttle to wherever I was supposed to go while my car was being worked n and called me when it was done. When I got back, I noticed that my RPM gauge wasn't working as well; soon after, Juan was back at it working with my car to fix the problem. Again, he explained everything clearly and in such a way that I understood everything. I would definitely go back for more of this kind of service to any dealership, but I will always choose the Autobarn. More

This dealer "lost" my car, it was actuallly stolen and they refuse to work with me on a loaner or rental. They gave me a rental car for 2 days only!!!
