Why I've given an overall excellent rating to Countryside is because they made "Great" Not only do they have a business to run including quotas the numbers but they seem to make it a priority to have hir is because they made "Great" Not only do they have a business to run including quotas the numbers but they seem to make it a priority to have hired real people with integrity that listen and take your needs into account. I walked into Countryside with the expectation of getting a used car, wanted a diesel and thought I'd have my way with my usual process. Not only was I taken with the Golf TDI, which I have a little crush on still (Only a few weeks old) but was convinced of it's worth after sitting down with Pat Ellis and crunching numbers regarding gas/diesel, yearly depreciation (next to nil in the first few years). I was given thorough information as to what I was getting myself into. It took some time to get the TDI and they looked and found what I wanted. After a week of owning it I was in an accident and VW was responsive, had referrals and helped me move through the time till my car was repaired and road ready.
