Nice waiting room Had our radio replaced because it completely went out. Vehicle only has 8000 miles on it, so it was a warranty job. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the service technician left a small scrape and blue paint on my driver side door handle. I guess he opened the door and it hit the lift. I brought it to Sam's attention, and he cleaned off the paint, but you could still tell that it did scrape some of the clear coat and paint off the handle. More

I must tell you that I bought a 1999 VW Beetle at the VW dealer in Villa Park. They were horrible to deal with. I only drove it 3 years before I traded it for a Lexus, but the last year I had it I brought it to Countryside for service and was treated much better I don’t think you were the Autobarn yet and the building was much older, but the people were nice. When I decided I wanted to trade my 2007 Lexus GS 350 for a 2014 Passat diesel because it cost me $72.00 to fill up the Lexus with premium fuel, the first dealer I thought of was you and I’ve been stuck on you ever since.
