I thought the Lexus folks treated us well, but I expected that since they are a “luxury” car company. I am just as pleased with your friendliness and courtesy at the Autobarn VW in Countryside as I was with McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I must tell you that I bought a 1999 VW Beetle at the VW dealer in Villa Park. They were horrible to deal with. I only drove it 3 years before I traded it for a Lexus, but the last year I had it I brought it to Countryside for service and was treated much better I don’t think you were the Autobarn yet and the building was much older, but the people were nice. When I decided I wanted to trade my 2007 Lexus GS 350 for a 2014 Passat diesel because it cost me $72.00 to fill up the Lexus with premium fuel, the first dealer I thought of was you and I’ve been stuck on you ever since. More
