Flew from California to purchase a car from the Car Lots. When I test drove the car it smelled like an ash tray. I had to end the test drive because the smell was so noxious. They never should have listed that vehicle and when I asked the salesman if he smelled the car he gave me a disappointed look as if he knew exactly what I was talking about. Complete waste my time and money flying to Arizona. I expected to see some minor imperfections but not the smell of a casino hotel smoking room. On top of that they did not budge one cent on their asking price although I would not have purchased the car. I asked if they could at least give me a ride back to the airport 15 min away they said no. I took a risk with the Car Lots and lost. I ignored the other negative reviews and learned the hard way. The name should be "The LEMON lot" I wish I had read the reviews before buying from there. The sold me a car and I had it back a week later with a faulty transmission. The mechanic shop they use is slow as well, they have taken over 10 days to 'evaluate' the car and the work STILL isn't done! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! More
