So, after waiting two hours and forty five minutes(I was a waiting customer-6 month warranty service) I asked my service rep when my vehicle might be available...He checked around and within a short time advised me if would be brought around in a few minutes. When I arrived at my residence, I noticed I had rec'd a call from San Leandro Ford stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up! Next time I will verify my phone numbers with the service rep...other than that little glitch, good service. More
