Compared to my 2010 Outback, a lot has changed, and he was up to the challenge of explaining everything. The negotiations and financial aspect went very well. At no time did I feel any high pressure from Grant or Pat to upgrade or purchase add-ons. Everything was great! I am pleased that Grant has made himself available after the sale to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.
