He took us on a test drive that both demonstrated the key features of the 2015 Outback and pointed out interesting parts of the Frederick area. After deciding to purchase, Walter and Pat (Sales Manager) worked hard to find the exact model, color and features we wanted. This was no easy task given it was the end of the model year and these cars are in great demand. The negotiation process, agreed-to price and trade-in were very fair. (We had done research so we were prepared). Delivery process went smoothly even though we arrived a day early and they were very busy at the time. Walter and the staff at Frederick Motor Company made that happen with efficiency, expertise, friendly and easy to understand explanations of everything from paperwork to features in my new car, and no pressure tactics. I went to pickup a Subaru Impreza and as we sat down to get paper work done we were informed that someone had already put a deposit on the vehicle and unfortunately he could not make the sale to me that day. He then got on his computer and found the exact vehicle I wanted located in northern Maryland. The next day he sent a driver to go pick up this vehicle for me upon arrival they noticed the vehicle had a number of scratches and he did not accept it that way because he told me "I will not sell you a damaged car". In the same day they found another Impreza of the same model in Virginia. They picked up the vehicle and had it to me all in the same day. I cant say enough good things about Frederick Motor Company and Walter Smith as a dealer. Thank You! More
