I enjoyed working with Chris, during the sale and he went over the car during delivery. Also, Chris provided good follow to make sure all was well with the car a few days after delivery. It was a low/no pressure environment and I liked working with Chris and the others in the dealership. Finance dept. didn't pressure me to purchase an additional warranty but did ask if I wanted one, but then they are supposed to do that. More

After shopping around and working deals we always save FMC for our last stop because we know we'll make the deal. We shop around for piece of mind in knowing were getting the best deal. Our salesman again was Rick Klienota. In my opinion one of the finest and honest salesman you could hope to find. Customer service is always his top priority. Even the sales managers at FMC are straight forward and don't pressure the sale. Obviously this is a "from the top down" method of operating a succussful business.
