Eric White was very knowledgable and informative about the car and all I needed to know about it as well as being extremely kind to my mother and me. Once the deal was made, he gave me the key and I drove out of there (same day) with my new car with only 17 miles on it (including the test drive). I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Eric as your sales representative. I even stopped by a few weeks later with a question about when to get my free oil change at Ford and he didn't hesitate to help me (even though I dropped by without calling ahead or making an appointment). He, as well as the entire Ford sales team, is extremely kind, respectful and really care for you as an individual. I would definitely recommend them, no doubt about it! More
