During the test drive Roberto was patient and answered questions, he was not in the least bit pushy. Without any hesitation Roberto was able to get my truck from another dealership and that was a seamless transaction. When I made the purchase Keith was very straightforward and answered all our questions. I had a "we owe" item; bed liner, and when I came in to leave my truck off I learned that an old friend, Grant, now worked there and he greeted me with great sincerity and volunteered to bring me to work as the shuttle wasn't to be back for 30 minutes. I have owned over 30 cars in my nearly 40 years of driving, and these guys made the experience as good a one as I have ever had...THANKS! Chris KNUPP did a SUPERB JOB of making sure I had all the information needed to make a decision on two separate Leased 2014 Ford Transit Connect XLT. I had to delay an earlier search for a new vehicle at the dealership because of an intervening health issue of mine. Chris was interested enough to ask about me even when I had to curtail this initial search. We resumed my search for a new vehicle when I brought my wife in for a look at the XLT and after that it was a rather quick process of choosing a vehicle to finalizing our first leased vehicle. I believe the price was good but I settled for several extra accessories just to get a quicker delivery of an existing vehicle in the area inventory. Delivery information was VERY thorough, perhaps way to much info all at once for me on the extensive SYNC system. If Quality of Work refers to Service, I have not had to use any Service as yet and therefore cannot rate. Again, a VERY POSITIVE experience with the Dealership and the Sales Associate, Chris KNUPP.
