My husband and I went in at the end of the day trying to decide between a Ford Fusion and Escape. Walter Smith was great, he let us take our time and test drive both vehicles. We wanted a specific color so to allow time for Walter to locate the vehicle and to give us time to make the best decision we decided to return the next day, again after work just a few hours before closing. We return the next day and test drove the exact Escape we wanted and made the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and never rushed us in the process, allowing us to ask tons of questions, even though it was past their normal business hours. I drove from Bethany Beach Delaware to the frederick dealership.I was looking to trade my 2007 LLB Forester in for a 2014 model. The dealership didnt have the color model i wanted but Walter drove to the dealership in Bedford Md himself to pick it up. He committed to having it there the same day and he held true to that.
