We went to the dealership to replace our 2006 Corolla commuter car. We were interested in a Ford Focus. We were very pleased that the dealership had many to choose from. Chris Curry was very knowledgea commuter car. We were interested in a Ford Focus. We were very pleased that the dealership had many to choose from. Chris Curry was very knowledgeable about the Focus and understood our needs. We did not feel any pressure from him or the sales manager to buy anything. Chris and Pat worked with us from 10 am to 6 pm after we decided to buy a new focus and expedition. Chris has followed up since our purchase to make sure there was no issues. i have had bad experiences in the past with the service department but this experience with the sales department was flawless. It was time for a new car. My husband and I were undecided between Subaru Outback and a Ford Escape to replace our 2008 Escape. We are used to the Frederick Saturn dealership (Bob Russell), who let undecided between Subaru Outback and a Ford Escape to replace our 2008 Escape. We are used to the Frederick Saturn dealership (Bob Russell), who let us take the car for a spin and feel it out. At Frederick Motor Company, the salesperson drives you first and then drive with them. This took a little getting used to, but Chris knew most of his stuff. Once we decided on the Escape, we scoured inventory to find the options desired. Nothing met our options. Apparently, you can no longer get seat heaters without leather seats in Fords. Then they tried to talk me into a white vehicle, which was the only color I did not want. Ultimately, Pat entered the scene to close the deal. He asked us to pick the trim/color Escape we wanted and they would have the options installed. We left 3 hours later exhausted, and returned the next day to sign the paperwork. More
Mr. Kleinota was an articulate and knowledgeable sales representative. He was patient and answered all questions, both technical and practical. Rick made an effort to make the buying experience a shared representative. He was patient and answered all questions, both technical and practical. He was definitely aware of performance and safety issues regarding the vehicles we discussed. We found him to be a kind, humorous person with a low-key professional demeanor. I had purchased a new 2002 Ford Escape from the Frederick Motor Company in 2002 & have been very pleased with the complete experience (from the sale - to the service). At 92,000 miles, I still have that Esc Motor Company in 2002 & have been very pleased with the complete experience (from the sale - to the service). At 92,000 miles, I still have that Escape & it is in great condition. I just felt that I needed a newer SUV, so I went back to the Frederick Motor Company to purchase a new 2014 Ford Escape. I worked with Rick Kleinota for the sale - he was not pushy at all & worked with me to come up with a deal that I was pleased with. So, now I own 2 vehicles from the Frederick Motor Company & now I will be taking both Escapes for all their routine maintenance to either the main shop or the Quick Lane at the Frederick Motor Company. Ken Reed and all of the employees at Frederick have done a great job servicing the 5 ford vehicles in our family. From the Big ford dually we use to pull our racing trailers, to 2 work trucks to my stepson a great job servicing the 5 ford vehicles in our family. I can trust Ken to find the things that need fixing on my 2002 F150 Supercrew without putting me in the poorhouse. He knows how much I love my old truck - and keeps me on a regular schedule of maintenance. I recently purchased another Ford (I'm newer to the family than the other fords) - and I bought my new mustang from Frederick Motor Company so that I can bring it to be serviced by Ken Reed. More
