We bought a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited, received a great deal on the car with great service from Walter. Walter spent hours going over all the new features and new technology in the new Taurus. We also received a very good price on our trade in. Another sales associate Grant went out of his way to spend time on another car we were looking at and even took us on a test drive while Walter was busy with another Customer. Very great service from them both. Ron in finance was great too with help with the Ford financing and the tags for the car. I knew the truck model I wanted, and Thano answered all of my questions, offered a test drive and didn't try to steer me towards a more expensive truck. When picking up the Ford Focus, Grant spent over 2 hours just going over the controls and how to work the Ford Sync, Navigation, Phone Controls, Lighting, Wipers, Cruise Control, Door Locks, Gas Filler, and anything else you can think of. His advice of just sitting in the car and playing with the controls WITHOUT driving was a good one. I love the car and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Frederick Motor Company for my next vehicle. More
