We were not the 'average' car buyer since my husband is disabled and we were looking for a vehicle that would be easy for him access and comfortable for him to ride in. I had been to many dealers in the ar disabled and we were looking for a vehicle that would be easy for him access and comfortable for him to ride in. I had been to many dealers in the area looking for a vehicle that would accomodate my husband's needs. My first visit to the dealership was by myself and, after explaining our needs to Sherry, she helped me look at several different choices and took me on two test drives for a comparison. I then returned with my husband for another LONG test drive in the Outback to see about his comfort during our drive. Sherry helped explain the seat adjustments and worked with us to obtain the best option for my husband's comfort. Since my husband was tired after our drive, Sherry suggested that we handle the pricing by email so he would not have to make another trip to the dealership. We were pleased that she was very sensitive to our limitations and we were pleased with the discount. There was one additional accessory that we asked for and Sherry immediately gave us the information and price and the decision was made.....BUY! Getting to the dealership to pick up the vehicle turned out to be a logistical problem for us and Sherry offered to drive to our home (25 minutes) in our new car and pick us up! I don't think we could get any better service than that! We were exceptionally pleased with our sales experience with Sherry. Often people will not take the time to explore the needs, ask questions and offer the type of service required by a disabled person. Not Sherry........she gets an A+ ! More

Lauren McMillion efficiently and knowledgably guided me through three test drives and rounds of feature questions for 2013 Ford Escape and a couple of other vehicles on Saturday. When departing the dealership I simply requested she email me her best offer price. On Monday she emailed in writing the .pdf of window sticker and a very nice discount. This was with one request, in writing. No run-arounds like other dealers had in my past. Lauren also has a great back-office staff that supported her quickly with financing and titling options. I decided to buy on Monday evening, emailed my insurance and credit ap, arrived to pick up vehicle Tuesday and all paperwork was completed except my signatures. Lauren went over the car in detail with me and I was in and out very quickly. Nice car! Bill Wright More

Keith helped me get a good price on the car that I purchased and Ron helped me with all the paperwork and getting me qualified for my loan. I had a very pleasnat experience with Sherry Ryan and others at this company. The Finance man, seemed rushed when going over the finance, warranty and extended warranty paperwork. I had been looking for a new truck, preferrably a Ford F150, for several months and had visited several regional Ford/Chevy/GMC dealers. Not until I began working with Roberto did I finally have hope tha F150, for several months and had visited several regional Ford/Chevy/GMC dealers. Not until I began working with Roberto did I finally have hope that I was going to find the right truck for the right price. Roberto worked extremely hard for me to find the exact truck with all the features I wanted and even though I know I went in with a great offer from another Ford dealer, they kept their promise to beat any other Ford dealer's offer by $500. Not only did they beat their offer, Roberto was able to find some additional rebates for me that other dealers did not. Roberto is low pressure but works very hard in the background to make sure you are satisfied. It is wonderful to find a local dealer that I now can count on for future vehicle purchases that I know will treat me with respect, not pressure me, and give me the best deal possible without the confrontation and uncomfortableness that often-times goes with "making a deal." Even the part when you have to set down to sign the papers and talk about financing went extremely smooth and I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes. What a wonderful feeling not having to spend an entire afternoon buyng a vehicle. They keep their promises and they really work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them, and ask for Roberto! More
Sherry was very helpful. I originally called in to check on a vehicle that was in transit. She kept me updated daily with info on where the vehicle was at.
