Rick Klienola was my salesperson and Ron Musgrove was the finanace manager. The whole process took less that 2hrs. Rick explained the vehicle options to me in great detail. I felt better prepared to operate this vehicle than i ever have in previous vehicle buying experiences. Ron was able to provide thefinancing that met my budget. Rick was very knowledgable with the Ford vehicles and helped us decided which vehicle we should look at based on our needs. Rick at no point was pushy or hovered over us allowing us to look and talk about the vehicles. Rick provided us with several informational packets on the vehicles we were looking at. My wife called Rick several times and if he didn't have the answer, wasted no time getting the answer and returning her call. Had it not been for the friendliness of Rick, we mostly likely would not have purchased this vehicle at this time.
