Called a week ahead of time to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted a total time one hour. Showed up at 10am for my scheduled service, and got my car out at 12:30pm. 2.5 hours for an oil tire rotation. Was quoted a total time one hour. Showed up at 10am for my scheduled service, and got my car out at 12:30pm. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. On top of that, service department had the nerve to charge me the FULL amount for the service. Beware of servicing your vehicle here. You may be in for a long wait. More

This dealership promised an afer market item to be installed and never completed this services for the proper price. I also contacted the owner of the dealership and multiple perople at the dealership installed and never completed this services for the proper price.
