I’ve never had a great experience here. The service providers have always been nice enough but they don’t go above and beyond and say they have called when my car was ready and never have. The service providers have always been nice enough but they don’t go above and beyond and say they have called when my car was ready and never have. This last time it took me 3 hours to get ahold of the service person for him to lie and say he called me and left messages. He never did. I will continue going to Bay Shore from now on. More

After I paid for four new tires for my Honda Civid yesterday, the next morning , one tire, front left was completely flat. The Honda service was closed. Left a message and somebody by the name of J yesterday, the next morning , one tire, front left was completely flat. The Honda service was closed. Left a message and somebody by the name of Jose’ called me back saying there was nothing they could do, service was closed until next Tuesday. Meantime I’m stranded here without a car. My home is in Manhattan. I understand the new tires are guaranteed for two years. I expect a brand new tire to be installed. More
