This dealer experience ended up being a terrible one. I bought a used car with damage that was purposely undisclosed to me by the sale agent. Finally got issue fixed. But cost me a quarter of a tank of gas for the fix. And at these prices- I gotta mention that. Went from avg miles per gallon from 56 to 19. I've bought many cars from the dealer and I like them, but the service department is a complete joke. Worse than that - they're dangerous, and completely do not care. They've lost a lifetime customer. but the service department is a complete joke. Worse than that - they're dangerous, and completely do not care. They've lost a lifetime customer. The people who work as service "advisors" are nice enough, but the mechanics at this place are lazy and incompetent. My BRAND NEW CAR went in for its first oil change and they failed to tighten the drain plug so the car leaked oil until I (thankfully) noticed it, when it was nearly completely out. Had the plug fallen out, it would have been catastrophic engine failure while I was driving. When I tried to put oil IN the car to get it another service location, I couldn't even unscrew the cap on the top of the engine, because they had tightened that one down so hard. The irony. Not my first time with terrible service there either - if something has four screws on it when they take it off, you'll get it back with two. They once just left the air filter cover for my cabin air just laying on top of my engine. If you do buy a car here do NOT let the service people anywhere near it. More
