I have been going to Babylon honda since 2011. Leased 3 cars from them. No issues at service except for today (2020 civic with 12747 miles). Took a coupon from a Jersey dealer for a REGULAR oil change. The service tech Kasandra said she can't accept it because it's from out of state. Spoke to Nick (service manager) and he said he will do a SYNTHETIC from the Jersey dealer because it was more money. He said they don't honor out of state coupons but will do it this time. Asked tech to do a tire rotation (their dealership has a special for 29.99). She said she can't honor their price because I used a coupon already. Spoke to manager, he said he will take off $5 from their $40 charge. Also was doing an inspection, car has 12747 miles. Tech said there is a tear on 1 of the wipers. I examine it and it was less than a centimeter tear on the passenger wiper. Said she will fail it if not replaced. Had to pay to replace it. This dealer has become a total rip off. Drove 25 miles to this dealer because they are usually professional. NEVER GOING BACK. Disgusting and unprofessional practices. Got to the dealer 645am (dont like to wait - was the first car there, they open at 730am ) I left at 939am. Over 2 hours to do an oil change, inspection and tire rotation - absolutely ridiculous. They also charged me a disposal fee for the OIL - I think this is illegal (will be calling NYS DEC) More

David Moore was a very good sales man who got me into exactly what I asked for. The team meet my needs and budget. I have been just driving around to see exactly how everything works, and I am impresse exactly what I asked for. The team meet my needs and budget. The General Manager and Jesus really worked with me to fit my budget and get me out of the dealership and into a car in 5 hours over two days. That is the shortest time from picking a car that was not in inventory and having drive off the lot. I have never bought a new car for myself , but I have bought for my family including my wife. Those took days even though they knew what they wanted and the car was in stock. More
