After three lenghy visits to this dealership i finalized a deal on the third try I waited in dealership for over 4 hours and when it everything was signed and i was about to leave with car i purchased (in a deal on the third try I waited in dealership for over 4 hours and when it everything was signed and i was about to leave with car i purchased (including a full warranty for $2000. I was told there was only one (1) KEY for the car I purchased I went to the managers office and it was Robert Pucci and I asked him when I would get the second key He said in a very rude and angry manner " I am not going to get you a second kay because it would cost me $200. and I already took money off the price of the car " I said so I am being punished for getting a good deal. He was rude, nasty and offered no solution. I will never recommend this honda dealer to anyone because of the rudeness of this very unprofessional manager It really ruined the who car experience. Train Mr Pucci in some customer service. More
Yesterday after finalizing my purchase i was extremely upset with the sales manager s reaction when I requested he furnish the necessary 2nd key I was only given one key. Disappointed to say the least. Original offer was 17.5% over MSRP. 0r $4400 over list. Ultimately ordered an intransit car and agreed to pay 12% over list. $500 deposit Signed a Original offer was 17.5% over MSRP. 0r $4400 over list. When I went to dealer for delivery, finance manager said I needed to pay $2000 more than agreed upon. When I showed him document I printed from phone picture he through it back at me saying "that not worth anything". Talked to salesperson and he explained deal to finance manager and ultimately paid price originally agreed. ..... ie 12% over list. Finance manager made me sign the document that showed that price was negotiated. "Company Policy." Never done this before. Additionally, when we initially talked about leasing, salesperson stated that there was no interest rate in a lease. When I explained to him that the money factor was the interest rate (multiply factor by 2400 for interest rate), he told me I did not understand leasing and repeated there is no interest rate in a lease. Could not get out of there faster. Why did I go to another Honda dealership....the first dealership was charging 35% over list and refused to come down lower than 30% over list. I needed a car immediately due to my previous Honda being stolen and paying too much for my rental. I have owned Hondo for over 30 years, and they are dependable. I understand supply and demand but this process is unacceptable and left a terrible taste in my mouth. I would have rated 0 but you dont allow that. More
