This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my new Honda. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Delivering my car to the service center was easy. Firstly, in the reception area there was not food or snacks to munch on. And yes I am aware that covid prevented any of this from happening but covid has passed, for the most part so let's not be so cheap! Let's not give your customers the idea that this is a cheap dealership!! My second reason is no car wash!! Really NO car wash. Let's not be so cheap. More

They took off my my plate hold and replace it with one of theirs with out letting me and kept the one I had on my car. It called stealing. I went to get a fuel injector and transfer case fluid. The adviser doesn't now what a transfer case and where is this located. Told my wife that's its a part of differential and then later called stating The adviser doesn't now what a transfer case and where is this located. Also, when I called customer service they said the car is ready but then received a call from service that the car is not done. I know service is to make money but I think make a customer be the policy. More
