Overall ok experience. . my problem was fixed. I’m sure there is a disconnect between dealer and service because somehow I was responsible to purchase a new tire. This tire . my problem was fixed. I’m sure there is a disconnect between dealer and service because somehow I was responsible to purchase a new tire. This tire was an issue upon purchasing the vehicle. I mentioned it at my first service. And I mentioned in upon test drive. My service coordinator explained the tire in question was “plugged” as a repair.. implying it was something I did? And would not hear that I had not taken the care to any other service other than Honda. Didn’t appreciate that. More

Over the course of twenty five years, this is the third time I have dealt with this Dealership. My first Honda Accord lasted 21 years. My second vehicle I leased and decided at my age I needed a “red” ca time I have dealt with this Dealership. My first Honda Accord lasted 21 years.
