The service order says all fluids were topped This was my second oil change in a row at Babylon where my windshield washer fluid was not topped off. The service order says all fluids were topped but yet the reservoir was empty. When I was there last weekend the service agent specifically wrote on the service order to top the fluid but yet once again the windshield fluid reservoir was empty and the service order once again checked all fluids topped off. I’m just hoping the actual oil change is being completed since that box gets checked off as well. More

If I could offer one suggestion for an "upgraded" experience for your customers, the upholstery on many (if not a majority) of the chairs in the customer waiting area is ripped and worn. This is only cosmetic, but it would present a better image for you if it could be repaired or replaced. More
