They are professional & friendly. They try to understand your problem & try to fix it. Some times they provide rental its very much helpful for me, that's why i used the service center. I spent $200 on a new battery only to open the hood the next day to see corrosion all over the cable. Not sure why this wasn’t brought to my attention or cleaned when it was there. The car should never have been given back to me that way. I service my car & truck there all the time & spent almost $1500 that day on service. Also the chairs in the waiting room look terrible.
