I got scammed by 2 salesmen. I wanted to purchase my leased car. Ended up with a payment plan for $389/ month and a finance charge over 5%! Also a maintenance program of over $3000! I was never made awa leased car. Ended up with a payment plan for $389/ month and a finance charge over 5%! Also a maintenance program of over $3000! I was never made aware of that by the finance guy. I wanted to write a check to pay for the car. That’s it. I ended up paying over $8000 in finance charge and maintainable. There’s no reason for such a large finance charge. I went back to change it the next day and was told it was too late. I have to wait for 3 payments to go through and then they could fix it. Your salesmen suck. More

Scratched my rims again, 2 of the last 3 visits. I didn't feel like arguing about it again so I didn't file any complaints, being told "it didnt happen here" is so irritating that I knew I would not be able feel like arguing about it again so I didn't file any complaints, being told "it didnt happen here" is so irritating that I knew I would not be able to have a civil conversation about it so I just left. I don't know why your technicians don't give a xxxx about the customers vehicles, but its obvious when you cant manage to remove lug nuts without chipping black painted rims that your technicians do not give a crap. Teach them how do it properly or find someone else to do it. More

The personal that provided assistance were Excellent!! I was disappointed with the technician who serviced my car.I had 8am appt on 12/4 for tire replacement alignment and rear fluid replacement I was there was disappointed with the technician who serviced my car.I had 8am appt on 12/4 for tire replacement alignment and rear fluid replacement I was there till 12pm. 4 long hrs I don’t think it should take that long I love this Honda service facility and have never been there longer then 21/2 hrs so I was disappointed More
