It was horrendous. Ron screwed me over and cost me time and money and health. He first sold me a car that made my family sick. then challenged me on it, questioning my claims, my budget, my motives. Then promised a loaner that never came. then promised to replace the vehicle with a better car - months later. And then short-changed me.
