Zero stars would be better. They can’t even send a simple fax to the insurance company in 30 days! The insurance agent has called and emailed dozens of times. The service was fine. My complaint is the chairs in the waiting room! They are all ripped and the leather is worn. I guessing its from sanitizing them, however they need to be replaced. Brought my 2019 Honda CRV to this dealership for the annual State Inspection. The vehicle has about 7,700 miles on it. The floor mat is developing a hole where my heel rests when I use the accelerator annual State Inspection. The vehicle has about 7,700 miles on it. I asked if the mat was covered under my 3 year 36 month bumper to bumper warranty and I was told it was wear and tear. I feel that this part is very cheaply manufactured and should be covered. Additionally, the inspection sticker looks like someone spilled paint on it. This is a typical dealership that does nothing to go overboard to help their clients. Also, the coupon specials on competing dealerships offer better discounts on popular services. More
