I liked my sales rep, Yrad Pierre, a lot and would give him 5 stars. He was very attentive and thorough and spent a lot of time with us. I found all the people I got to work with to be pleasant, personable him 5 stars. He was very attentive and thorough and spent a lot of time with us. I found all the people I got to work with to be pleasant, personable, and helpful. They worked to get me the deal I was looking for. What I didn't care for was a bit of monetary wrangling that they did at the end which didn't feel right to us. The finance manager however, worked things around a little bit to mitigate most of the "surprise" money issue, but not all. I'd say that, in these unusual chip-shortage/car-shortage time, to be very careful about how lease payments or other prices might be manipulated. With that said, I'd still recommend the dealership but with that caveat about watching the figures carefully when you get to the finance manager's office. More
