While I have no specific complaints regarding the salesman who helped me as I understand he was doing his job and was perfectly pleasant and helpful to me, the professional appearance of this dealers salesman who helped me as I understand he was doing his job and was perfectly pleasant and helpful to me, the professional appearance of this dealership is non-existent. I'm unsure where to begin. The building and ground had clearly been repurposed from an existing car lot and the building itself was extremely run down. I noticed coffee stains on many surfaces and the walls of the salesman's cubicles, the eaves and ceiling of the building had water stains and damage. I was told to contact my insurance company to have my new car added to my policy and was put in a basement waiting room with no windows and only a large tv connected to an old Xbox 360 playing Law and Order. But my main issue with my experience at this dealership is the underhandedness in the pricing agreement. It would have seemed I had a deal I could live with within the first half hour of being at the dealership. 5 and a half hours later my car was $8000 dollars over sticker price and $47 dollars a month more than the price I originally agreed upon. When looking for a reason that car dealerships are losing out and closing their doors because of companies like Carvana and Vroom, look no further than The NEW Babylon Honda for your explanation. As someone who has now bought cars both at a dealership and through an app (Carvana), save yourself the time, money, and emotional and psychological anguish that accompany buying a car from any dealership. ESPECIALLY Babylon Honda. 0/10 I will spend my waking hours warning everyone I know not to go here. More
