Kassandra was very nice but I wasn't happy with my visit. I waited for over 3 hours and was finally told that parts had to be ordered for a simple key fob. I asked for an oil change too but that wasn't don I waited for over 3 hours and was finally told that parts had to be ordered for a simple key fob. I asked for an oil change too but that wasn't done either. My inspection passed but multiple issues were reported. I understand that they are short staffed, but what company isn't these days?
