This location has definitely done a complete 360, now i feel completely comfortable approaching any of the sales associates to request assistance. I first spoke with Chaneen over the phone to set up an app feel completely comfortable approaching any of the sales associates to request assistance. I first spoke with Chaneen over the phone to set up an appointment and she was super friendly. I went to the dealership yesterday and walked out feeling refreshed. Chaneen greeted me and offered me refreshments, she then introduced me to Thaddeus, who helped me throughout my whole process of purchasing a new car. Although he was assisting others, Thaddeus still kept me updated on what was going on with my new purchase (I felt at ease with this, as before they would have you sitting in there for hours at end and no one would be informing you of the length of the process) Anthony was also very helpful with explaining/ the breakdown of leasing vs financing (he was able to give me a better deal). And last but not least, Jesus came out and congratulated me on my new purchase!! All these people made the execution of buying a brand new car soo relaxing. My experience after purchasing my 2022 HRV at above ticket price, has been bad so far. I purchased my HRV during late hours so I was told to come back another day to have my car washed and buffered. I was told it’s not a scratch and just need buffering. I’ve reached out to New Babylon several times and am not able to get my car cleaned/ buffered after two weeks. It’s very unprofessional. I’m only allowed to work with whoever sold me the car. That means if the person who takes care of buffering the car is around but my sales person is not, then I will not get the service I want. I’m very disappointed as my time is limited. They had time for me when they needed to make the sale. More
