Horrible. Everyone was either on personal calls booking vacations (seriously) or on Worldstar website (seriously). Got there for a 9:45am Friday appointment and was told 1hr tops to buy my lease out and wa vacations (seriously) or on Worldstar website (seriously). GIVING THEM A ONE STAR ISNT WHAT I WANTED THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!! I bought my car Sept 26, 2020 #1 I already knew the 2021s were out & Mike David salesman who kept calling me & driving me crazy to write ZERO STARS!! I bought my car Sept 26, 2020 #1 I already knew the 2021s were out & Mike David salesman who kept calling me & driving me crazy to write him and the dealership a really good review, especiallyhim because he needed to get paid at end of month. I know the 2021s were out already claimed they weren't out yet, yet charged me for a high price for 2020 # 2 This complaint has been going on Since March I called numerous times they gave me the voicemail of "manager" Ron for two weeks calling no phone call back #3 I drove to Honda when Mike David saw me he turned his back trying to avoid me, I confronted him about my car seat he stated it's a wear and tear I said impossible at that time I only had two thousand three hundred miles on it then I went inside because I was getting really annoyed with him and and asked for Ron to come outside he looked at the drivers seat which is defective and he also stated that as well is defective as why don't you wait till September & I have a bodyshop I can take it to & have them fix it for you. What a joke, came Aprkl or May once again I started calling Ron & no calls back till I stated I was calling Honda headquarters and I would report them to Better Business Bureau and also start lemon law lawsuit it just so happens Ron call me back stated for me to schedule an appointment with Honda service cuz there's nothing he can do funny how his words changed #4 I took it to Honda service in Babylon spoke with Cassandra she stated the district manager as a one-time courtesy mind you I have warranty on my car for 3 years for the inside would change the seat cover because it's all wrinkled. And looks like it belongs to a car that's 7 to 10 years old but they cannot guarantee me it would be sit tight like the other seats it would be a little loose which I was originally told that it would be brought to upholstery auto body shop which was another lie I picked up my car that day she stated all of the above to me and also told me I should wait so I'm close to thirty thousand miles or I'm close to three years to replace the seat cover because it might happen again I took my car and left later on I noticed the two buttons plain black ones with economy button is Warcraft and the rubber piece next to that is kind of melted now I know for a fact I didn't do it no one comes in my car besides my mom or my dad and they did not do it I started a claim already with Honda headquarters who is working with me if they do not solve this problem they will have a lawsuit against them so they have to change out the seat cover or possibly even the whole seat add an auto body shop that does pulse tree and change out those two buttons which were cracked obviously buy them and the plastic melted I do not and I repeat do not recommend new Babylon Honda nor do I recommend their service department I'm hoping and praying that my case manager at Honda headquarters will resolve this otherwise this will be going into a lawsuit More
