Tim is a gracious, friendly dealer who cares about his customers. He worked with us regarding price, maintenance, extended warranty, and documentation. Never had a feeling that we were being pushed toward a car that we didn't like. Everyone at New Babylon Honda was pleasant. Believe me, having lived in Brooklyn and bought new and used cars, I can tell you some stories about car salesmen with attitude. New Babylon staff only exhibited POSITIVE attitude. We had to wait longer than we would have liked, but Tim also waited with us when we had to get some insurance information that took longer than we planned. Everyone at New Babylon seemed very busy so maybe they need more people to handle their many customers. We just bought the car a few weeks ago and love it! Will have to see how promptly and efficiently they will handle servicing of the vehicle, but I have no doubt they will do a good job. More

Everyone was nice and professional. However, I came in to get one of my tires patched from a flat the day before. I had to change the tire and use the temporary spare. I inspected what cause the flat. A metal shard the size of a 1/4 inch nail. But flat. Stuck in the middle thread. So I felt confident that a plug or patch would fix it. It cost more money. But, I went with a patch. So the I brought my car in at 7:30am. I was there early cause I knew there will be a line. I was 3 in line. 1/2 hour past waiting in the waiting room. the service member that help me told me that I needed to replace my tire because nail was on the side wall of the tire. I responded that is not true. They then want back to talk to the mechanic. Came back 5 min and change their story to the hole is too big. They don't know if they can patch it. Well. I told them to patch it. And it's been fine so far. No flat. The tire is good. So I saved my self $250 for having the sense to see the xxxxxxxx. There is to many crooks that try to take advantage of people in the auto industry. Be honest instead of trying to make a quick few bucks. More
