I had a 12:15 appointment was told it would be an hour wait. I told them I would wait. Every time I asked if the car was done no one had an answer. They were not accommodating and where lazy and rude. Fou wait. I told them I would wait. Every time I asked if the car was done no one had an answer. They were not accommodating and where lazy and rude. Four hours later they told me my car was ready no the way I planned on spending my day off. This was totally in acceptable and will not return to this service center. More

Was lied too by sales rep... Had to bring in car for service.. They cant/couldnt figure out problem... Almost 2 months.. Still have not fixed issue... All this could have been avoided...
