My salesman was knowledgeable about the car. I didn’t like how I had to pay almost $1,000 in fees that was never discussed during negotiations. Also, music in showroom way too loud. I went there and met Sergio. He was extremely helpful and honest thru the whole experience. He also told me that I may qualify for 0% interest. I did qualify!! I'd like to share my experience with @babylonhonda. On June-21st-2021, I purchased a new Honda CR-V, and I thought everything went smoothly with the paperwork. However, after a day, I noticed that extende June-21st-2021, I purchased a new Honda CR-V, and I thought everything went smoothly with the paperwork. However, after a day, I noticed that extended vehicle service contracts, which cost $2,921 plus taxes, were added without consulting with me. After back and forth emails with the finance manager, two weeks later, he gave an appointment to cancel the contracts (VSA & VSC). Finally, I thought everything was canceled, and I was happily driving back home. But I am a little skeptical about him. When I checked cancelation forms He mentioned in one contract, it goes by the VIN number and gets canceled. But again, in the cancellation form, he mentioned the wrong VIN number, and also, in another document, they mentioned the wrong bank name.I don't know whether he did it intentionally or by mistake. But it created a lot of unnecessary stress for me. I didn't understand one thing, how can a finance manager determine what my car needs. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, I regret buying the vehicle with the @babylonhonda. More

Proceeded to complete the purchase, went through the credit approval which does a hard check, everything approved. I scheduled pick up on-line for a few days later. I provide copy of drivers license and insurance. Received confirmation of my pick up date and time along with other email thanking me for my purchase. Since I am coming in from out of state, I booked a non-refundable Amtrak ticket. I then had a question about tags so I gave them a call. I was told everything is set and that Tim was the sales rep and he would call me. The next day, still nothing. I called and was sent to Tim's voice-mail so I left a message. Another day of silence and I call back. It is now Tuesday, I am scheduled to take delivery on Thursday. Finally, I get through to Rodney. Rodney tells me, "Oh, I'm sorry, that car is sold, we will call you if something else comes in." I continue to get confirmation emails. That's confusing. So I try to contact one of the managers. No luck there.. Instead, I get Rodney again. I ask, "are you sure this car is not showing as sold to me?" He replies, "sorry, must be a computer glitch, I'll have to talk to Bill Gates". So, not sure if they are just playing a car dealer bait and switch game. If vehicle was indeed sold, it should not have taken them 3 days to inform me. It should not take 2 days to speak to a person. I never did hear from Tim. Inventory is scarce these days and I lost out on another vehicle while Babylon played games with me. Had I not called, getting through only after multiple calls, I would have traveled 3+ hours by train and Uber to learn that I had basically been scammed. Is there a zero star rating? More
I brought my 2019 honda civic in for a recall on the fuel pump and the next day I could not properly start my car.
