I brought my 2019 honda civic in for a recall on the fuel pump and the next day I could not properly start my car. Proceeded to complete the purchase, went through the credit approval which does a hard check, everything approved. I scheduled pick up on-line for a few days later. I provide copy of drivers license and insurance. Received confirmation of my pick up date and time along with other email thanking me for my purchase. Since I am coming in from out of state, I booked a non-refundable Amtrak ticket. I then had a question about tags so I gave them a call. I was told everything is set and that Tim was the sales rep and he would call me. The next day, still nothing. I called and was sent to Tim's voice-mail so I left a message. Another day of silence and I call back. It is now Tuesday, I am scheduled to take delivery on Thursday. Finally, I get through to Rodney. Rodney tells me, "Oh, I'm sorry, that car is sold, we will call you if something else comes in." I continue to get confirmation emails. That's confusing. So I try to contact one of the managers. No luck there.. Instead, I get Rodney again. I ask, "are you sure this car is not showing as sold to me?" He replies, "sorry, must be a computer glitch, I'll have to talk to Bill Gates". So, not sure if they are just playing a car dealer bait and switch game. If vehicle was indeed sold, it should not have taken them 3 days to inform me. It should not take 2 days to speak to a person. I never did hear from Tim. Inventory is scarce these days and I lost out on another vehicle while Babylon played games with me. Had I not called, getting through only after multiple calls, I would have traveled 3+ hours by train and Uber to learn that I had basically been scammed. Is there a zero star rating? More

I bought or lease my car Thursday june 24th 2021. The dealership only gave me 1 key for the car. They told me the key will be ordered. I tried calling everyday from june 24th to July 3rd. I had to physically go to the dealership and then they told me go to the repair shop. They did not have the key. Now they have to order it. It should have done when I purchased the car. We MADE THE APPT A FEW WEEKS IN ADVANCE, AND THEY TOOK THE CAR IN KEPT IT FOR 4 HOURS, UPDATED THE SOFTWARE, THEN CALLED FOR US TO PICK IT UP AND RESCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT. TO INSTALL NEW FUEL PUMP! THE A THE CAR IN KEPT IT FOR 4 HOURS, UPDATED THE SOFTWARE, THEN CALLED FOR US TO PICK IT UP AND RESCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT. TO INSTALL NEW FUEL PUMP! THE APPT WAS TO INSTALL THE NEW FUEL PUMP!!! THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PUMP!!!!THEY COULD HAVE CALLED US TO RESCHEDULE WHEN THEY HAD THE PART, INSTEAD OF HAVING US MAKE ANOTHER TRIP AND DISRUPTING ANOTHER DAY!
