I have been taking my Honda to the Babylon Service center for 14 years and have never had a problem with one of their technicians. Dropped the car for an oil change and it was done in an hour. Except the forgot to mention they discovered a battery issue. When the car was picked up, they still didn’t mention it. Everyone at the dealership was kind courteous and helpful. I’m not sure if it was a busy day or you guys were short staffed, All transactions were made and I left with what I came for.
