Where do I start, my first initial contact with The New Babylon Honda starts with Chaneen who contacted me after I inquired! I explained my situation and scheduled an appointment. After changing it a million times, I was impressed with her professionalism and courtesy but not that I expected anything less. She Greets me in the showroom and we are introduced to An AMAZING sales rep Sarah, who by far really knows her Honda vehicles Inside/ Out! We went through two vehicles thoroughly and i was impressed that she handled with care and was very knowledgeable! She was also entertaining my kids while helping me choose a vehicle. I definitely left happy the next day with a vehicle I was happy with and I want to come back when I’m ready for my next vehicle or my older daughter is ready to purchase a vehicle. Although Hondas cars are very reliable and it sells itself, sometimes it takes a real good sales rep to seal the deal! Let’s not forget the Finance team!
